To exchange or return an item, please contact us for prior approval before it is shipped. Return shipping will be paid by buyer. A Better Sign will not be responsible to pay shipping for any returned items excluding items damaged by shipping company. Your satisfaction is our highest priority! Custom made products are not returnable or refundable.

Damage Claims: All claims for breakage and/or damage, whether concealed or obvious, must be reported immediately by the purchaser to us. Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days shall cause the purchaser to waive the claims.

Warranty: Some of our products carry limited warranties. Warranty does not cover damages caused by the purchaser.

Seller's Limited Liability: In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any nature.
