Checkout this new BBQ joint located in downtown Sugar Hill, August Swine! They contacted us to see if we could build a double sided lighted box sign.

LED LIGHTED BOX SIGN

The framing for this box is constructed in Aluminum bars that are welded together. The box is then taken to our painting booth where it is coated with a acrylic polyurethane sign paint.
Once the framing is dry the white acrylic panels are cut to shape and the logo is printed on a translucent vinyl and applied to the face of the white acrylic. This combinations allows light to pass through easier and look well lit at night.

PERFORATED VINYL

To top things off, perforated vinyl was applied to the windows. This style of vinyl has tiny holes throughout the entire thing allowing graphics to be displayed on the outside but still allowing light to shine in through the windows. Another added bonus is that while standing on the inside of the building, everything can still be seen clearly looking out.
