A 4 month grace period for the old designer has been retired! We were unable to transfer designs from the old designer to the new one. We strongly recommend you create a new login and save and recreate your designs to have them for future use. Sorry for the inconvenience but we think you will like the new designer more!
You can type any material (ex. aluminum, plastic) in the search bar at the top of the page. Each product will show what materials can be used.
You can use the SAVE/SHARE DESIGN button to email yourself a link to your design. Designs can be re-ordered by clicking the images of them in your email.
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days.
Typical production time on most items is 2-4 business days. Sometimes large or custom orders can take longer. Please call if your order is time sensitive.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
Use the CHAT BUTTON at the top of the page to check if your order has been been produced already.
If it has NOT, you can reopen the design by clicking the image of it in your email. Once you have edited it, use the SHARE/SAVE and email it to sales@abettersign.com or send it to use through the CHAT.
