We round over the corners of our magnets, it keeps them looking great and and prevent them from being damaged or lost. If the corners are not rounded, it makes it easy to bend the sharp corners. This small bend can easily make your magnet fly off your as wind can get under this small bend and scoop your magnet right off the side. For this reason all magnets over 12" will have rounded corners unless it is specifically requested to not have them.

A 30mil magnet material is used for any magnet over 4" tall. This will maximize the amount of magnetism you get out of it. For business card sizes we opted for a light 20mil material to save some money for you. We always keep in mind what works best for the customer so if you need something specific just ask!
