4mm Corrugated Plastic

THE ONLY MATERIAL THAT USES OUR STEPSTAKES

A fluted, lightweight plastic material primarily intended for temporary signage where economy is paramount. This is the industry standard material for yard signs.

(GOOD)
.060 Duraplast

.060 solid polystyrene plastic. A solid plastic sign able to bend without breaking or creasing. Works great for riders and framed signs.

(BETTER)
1/8" Rigidbond

Solid plastic core with thin aluminum sheeting bonded to each side with baked white enamel finish. Our most durable material, it's non flexibility helps with mounting to posts or walls without warping. Expected life is 2+ years.

(BEST)
.040 Aluminum

Solid .040 aluminum with baked enamel finish. Long term use of 2 years or more. Slight flexibility with glossy sheen.

Basic Foamboard
(3/16" thickness)

Our light duty foam board has a 12pt paper surface. This is the economical choice for multi use projects. Due to the light weighted basic design, this material is better used for temporary projects as some slight warping can occur over time.

High Definition Foamboard
(3/16" thickness)

Our top of the line foamboard boasts a 18pt wax paper surface, extra thick paper and hard foam core makes this material very warp resistant. This material is ideal for multiple uses over time.

PERIMETER TRIM
(GUNMETAL GREY)

A plastic trim that is glued around the perimeter of foam board for a more elegant look and to protect against damaging the edges of soft foam boards

13oz Matte Vinyl Banner

This is the industry standard for indoor / outdoor banners. The edges are folded and welded together for a stronger bond. Grommets are placed approximately 2 feet apart along all sides.

8oz Mesh Banners

Polyester scrim, mesh banner material. This economical, lightweight material allows 37% air-flow through, making it ideal for buildings, stadiums and fence wraps. The edges are folded and welded together for a stronger bond. Grommets are placed approximately 2 feet apart along all sides.

11oz BANFLAT
(Used for Retractable Banners)

Our light weight banflat vinyl banner material remains flat when mounted to maintain a classy looking display.

Matte Vinyl

6.0 mil premium white matte semi rigid calendared PVC film coated with 200-4990 permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 90# tight release digital liner.
General purpose film designed for interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates, die-cut letters and point-of-purchase displays. Great for non-glare use.

Gloss Vinyl

3.75 mil intermediate calendared PVC film in white with a gloss surface and RapidAir technology. 101# PE-coated silicone paper liner featuring advanced air release technology to facilitate quicker, easier application to a wide variety of surfaces. Gray, solvent-based, permanent adhesive assists in blocking lower layers.
For general signage and other medium-term flat indoor and outdoor applications.

Reflective Vinyl

5 mil Fleet engineering grade reflective vinyl. 7 year outdoor durability. Solvent acrylate polymer, permanent adhesive, removable with heat. 89lb PE-coated silicone paper. Meets or exceeds Federal Specifications ASTM D 4956. Do not wet apply. 5-mil retro-reflective cast PVC film. Engineering Grade Type 1.
For general signage and other medium-term flat indoor and outdoor applications.

Perforated Vinyl
(For window displays)

Window Perf is a specially formulated vinyl to diffuse outside light. The self adhesive vinyl can be printed with any logo, photo or graphic image. The entire surface of the vinyl has small (about 1/6") holes punched uniformly through the material. This allows some light to pass through, but still leaves enough surface to print a strong image.

Wrap Vinyl

A Better Sign uses high quality vinyls for wraps. Brands such as Avery or Oracal are used often and well regarded as being the best in the business. We offer a wide variety of sheens, textures and colors.

Static-Cling Vinyl

Static Cling is a process much the same in every description as our other vinyls. The main difference being that the image can be removed easily and used again, as many times as you desire. The vinyl material "clings" to the glass without adhesives. Any graphic image, lettering, photo or logo can be used with Static Cling.

Gloss Paper
275g

Our heavy duty photo gloss SUV 275 gram paper. This coating gives images an extremely glossy/wet look.

Satin Paper
275g

Our heavy duty satin 275g paper. A more tamed sheen versus our gloss paper. Better for taking flash photography or under a light source.

17mil Canvas

Picasso Canvas is a premium, bright white coated canvas designed to produce solid blacks, vivid colors and smooth gradients.

1X2" Pine Boards

Sturdy framing with staples on the back to keep the canvas material tight.
