Registering and Signing in IS NOT required to design and purchase, however some features will not be available without Registering and Signing In.
REGISTERED USERS MAY:
1. SAVE designs and load them for later use.
2. Past orders will be shown and available for design changes and reorder.
3. Personal infos will be auto filled at check out.
Order confirmation emails contain links to all order details whether Sign In or not.
For smaller projects, choose a product from the product menu, design or upload graphic files on product and pay.
Fill the Custom Request form below and wait for our response. We will usually respond with details the same or next business day depending on our work load. This may take time as we must exchange information between us and you to finalize the project details, proofs and payment. Custom Request is a REQUEST for work. It is not an order until details have been finalized and approved.
You may upload most any files we need to complete your project. Our staff will do their best to get the project together to your satisfaction. There may be a set-up and/or graphic charge. If you’re not the do-it-yourself type, our graphic artists are always ready to completely design your project from beginning to end.
Acceptable Graphic Filetypes: jpg, png, tif, pdf, ai, eps, psd. Combine many files together using the .zip method (except when designing in our online designer). All fonts must be converted to outlines before sending. In some cases we can take a look at most any filetype, but do not expect that we can use them for production. If your file is not one of the Acceptable Graphic Filetypes, production time may be delayed as we request changes. See Art Preparation instructions here
